are chatting with on the internet.

Be
Aware of people your kids are chatting with:
Beware of people your
kids are chatting with, especially those whom you
do not know. Beware of persons your children are
reluctant to talk about.
Typically chats with predators start in chat rooms - then communications
through email then escalating to telephone calls.
Kids: Don't give personal information
to anyone you do not know. This means even what sport
you may participate in even the colors of school
uniforms or position you play. Tell strangers nothing!

Supervise your children when they use the internet:
Place the computer in open area in the home.
Watch your children while on the computer & look over their address
book.
Don't allow kids to use computer when you cannot supervise them.
Educate your children about computer dangers on the internet and predators.
Find how much your child knows about internet so you can better guide them.
